I began serving the Lord at a very young age.  I witnessed the power of God through my mother and her relationship with Him.  This is how I developed my desire to serve Him and people.  It was during my attendance at Grace Outreach Center in Plano, TX that I developed a closer relationship with the Lord.  I served him in various ministries at Grace Outreach Center; Children’s Church, Stephens Ministry for those in need of support, Heart of Grace of Ministry for the sick, Women Discipleship, and in praying with new members and visitors.  As a requirement to serve in ministry, I had to attend classes and training.  This helped me to become more mature in Christ and enabled me to ministry diverse people and various life situations. During my tenor at Grace Outreach Center, I was provided the opportunity to help others throughout the world as a missionary.  This work led me to work in orphanages in Russia and Belaurus, train children church teachers in St. Thomas and Jamaica.

In 2004, I married Charles Sansom and relocated to Maryland.  Together we joined City of Hope and later welcomed our beautiful daughter, Rebekah.  In 2014, I supported my husband in establishing Higher Heights Praise Centre, and became the First Lady.

I have enjoyed living in Maryland for these past 13 years. I have been honored in serving Jesus, as a mother, a wife and an Elementary School Teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools.  I continue to serve the Lord by helping to feed the hungry, serving as a teacher in children’s church, hospitality and being an usher. Here at Higher Heights Praise Centre, I am committed to serve the community, and to teach individuals how to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
